What we buy
At Gianeco S.r.l., we specialize in the recycling and transformation of plastic waste into high-performance, sustainable materials. As a circular economy company, we are constantly looking to expand our network of suppliers across Europe and beyond. We actively purchase a wide variety of plastic waste and off-spec materials from industrial sources.
We are interested in discovering new companies to purchase production scraps (waste) of technical polymers, thermoplastic elastomers, biopolymers, as well as end-of-production materials, bankrupt stock, plastic batches in original packaging, off-spec polymers, off-grade plastics, downgraded materials, and near-prime resins.
Below are the categories of materials we currently purchase:
Biopolymers
We buy industrial waste and downgraded lots of biodegradable and compostable plastics. These include:
- PLA (Polylactic Acid)
- PBS (Polybutylene Succinate)
- PBAT (Polybutylene Adipate Terephthalate)
Ideal forms: regrinds, off-grade granules, production scraps, and full pallets in original packaging.
Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPEs)
We are actively looking for out-of-spec and recycled batches of:
- TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)
- TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)
- TPS / SBS / SEBS (Styrene-based elastomers)
- TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizate)
Preferred forms: clean production waste, sprues, runners, regrinds, and off-spec granules.
Technical Polymers
We also buy off-grade technical plastics, including:
- Engineering polymers (PC, PA6, PA66, PBT, ABS, etc.)
- Post-industrial waste
- Lot remainders and downgraded virgin materials
Focus: unused stock, regrinds, and original packaging preferred.
EVA and Soft Compounds
We purchase EVA-based materials and soft compounds used in footwear, construction, and flexible parts. This includes:
- EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate)
- TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber)
- TPO (Thermoplastic Olefins)
We accept various forms: granules, slabs, rolls, and molded waste.
